Eastern Voice & Data (formerly Eastern Telephones) was established in 1994.

We have developed a reputation for providing a high standard of telecoms engineering and sales solutions.

We deal with a wide range of customers from small and medium businesses to Primary Care Trusts, Police Forces, Rail companies and MOD. Our skill sets and abilities are wide and varied and we can offer advice on all aspects of telecoms, copper and fibre cabling, telephony equipment, Voice over IP (VoiP), Wifi and PC/Telephony Integration (CTI). Organisations are looking to increasingly merge IT and Telephony and this is an area for which we are able to offer fully converged solutions.

Eastern Voice & Data has an experienced and established workforce that benefit from regular training ensuring our staff are fully conversant with a wide range of technology (view certification).

We pride ourselves on providing a high level of technical expertise allied with honest and clear advice. We are trusted to provide our services to organisations such as Norfolk Fire Service, Enfield Council, MOD, Norfolk Constabulary, Norfolk Primary Care Trust.

Health & Safety

All of our engineering staff hold CSCS accreditation. Regular H&S courses are attended and qualifications include ‘Confined Spaces Working’ ‘Working with Asbestos’ ‘Working at Height’ and ‘Use of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms’ (view certification).

Insurance

We hold full Public and Employers liability insurance and various specialist policies covering us for the use of, for example, mobile elevated work platforms (view certification).
